Here's the now-famous exchange on the Senate floor in which Al Franken objected to Joe Lieberman's request for an extra minute to finish his remarks. The incident has been blown up into a "breach of comity," a showdown between a liberal and an independent who likes to thwart liberals. But Slate's John Dickerson says it wasn't really such a big deal.
